All grass cutting, landscaping and fertilizing of all homes and townhomes.
Irrigation water.
Cable TV (75 channels) and 400MB unlimited high-speed internet.
Full access of the Aloha Clubhouse for owners and guests.
Daily trash pick up.
Repainting and roofing on all townhomes when needed.
Property Taxes and CDD:
Annual property taxes, including CDD, run approximately 1.6% of the purchase price of the home.
CDD breakdown (include as part of the 1.6% above) is estimated below.
Townhomes - $1000-$1300 annually
Single family 40's Series - $1800-$2000 annually
Single family 50's Series - $2200-$2400 annually
Windsor Cay Resort by Pulte's HOA is expected to be in line with what is currently offered at Windsor Island Resort, which is estimated to be approximately $485-$600 per month. We will have more details about HOA costs and CDD information shortly.
